Jon Loyhayem is a trailblazer in the financial services industry, having kick-started his career at the young age of 19. By 21, he rose to the position of manager, and by 26, he became a senior manager, an impressive feat considering the average senior manager was in their early 50s. With a talent for growth and expansion, Jon and his team opened multiple financial service offices in Arizona, Michigan, and Southern California, setting new benchmarks for success in the industry.
In December 2020, Jon took his expertise and passion for financial services to new heights by co-founding ALEVO. As a leader in the company, he continues to innovate and expand its reach, solidifying ALEVO’s position as a key player in the industry.
Jon has spoken on stages, having addressed audiences of over 2,000 attendees on topics such as entrepreneurship, following one’s dreams, and technical sales skills in financial services. His engaging presentations have inspired and motivated countless professionals to pursue their own paths to success.
When Jon’s not looking at ways to scale ALEVO, he enjoys activities such as reading, surfing, and weightlifting.

Nvard — Co-Founder & Head of Strategic Partnerships
At the age of 18, Nvard Gayanyan embarked on her journey in the life insurance industry, fueled by her passion for helping individuals and families secure their futures. Today, with over a decade of experience under her belt, Nvard has become an expert in the field, committed to ensuring that business owners have the proper protection they need for their families.
As a visionary leader, Nvard spearheads our ALEVO joint venture. In this role, she partners with various property and casualty (P&C) agencies, helping them establish and grow their own internal life insurance agencies. Her guidance allows these agencies to seamlessly integrate life insurance services into their existing portfolios, ultimately expanding their offerings and benefiting both their clients and their businesses.
Nvard has also shared her success story and expertise on stages with over 2,000 attendees, inspiring others in the life insurance industry. Her presentations highlight the achievements she has made at a young age, motivating aspiring professionals to pursue their own dreams in the field.
Outside of her professional life, Nvard is a proud mother to her daughter, Sophia. She loves spending quality time with her husband and daughter, bonding over their shared love for basketball. Whether they’re watching games together or shooting hoops in their backyard, Nvard cherishes the moments they spend as a family.
Vanessa — Co-Founder & Head of Internal Agency
Vanessa Hansard is a dedicated professional with a decade of experience. Her exceptional ability to train and mentor agents has helped many individuals with no financial services background become skilled professionals. Vanessa focuses on providing comprehensive training programs, equipping her agents with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in the insurance industry.
As the leader of ALEVO’s internal agency, Vanessa ensures her team maintains the highest standards of quality and integrity while providing personalized insurance solutions to clients. Her commitment to client satisfaction and industry knowledge make her a trusted partner.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys hobbies such as yoga and cooking. As a former competitive gymnast, she remains passionate about the sport, reflecting her commitment to maintaining a balanced life. Vanessa’s dedication to her profession, team, and clients, along with her passion for her hobbies, showcases her approachable personality and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Heidi — Co-Founder & Vice President
Heidi Lorasbi is the Vice President of ALEVO Financial and the driving force behind our exceptional admin team. With a keen understanding of the importance of seamless operations, Heidi is responsible for managing everything behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Heidi’s passion for supporting agents stems from her own extensive experience in the field. Having spent over a decade as a highly successful agent, she possesses an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities agents face on a daily basis. This firsthand knowledge enables her to provide the right resources and guidance, empowering agents to thrive in their careers.
In her role as Vice President, Heidi focuses on creating a supportive and efficient work environment for both agents and the admin team. She firmly believes that a strong foundation is key to the success of any organization, and she works tirelessly to implement systems and processes that foster productivity and growth.

Larry — General Counsel & Director of Strategy
Larry Grace is ALEVO Financial’s in-house legal counsel and business strategist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He holds an MBA and JD from the prestigious Northwestern University, showcasing his strong foundation in both business and law.
Before joining ALEVO Financial, Larry’s impressive career spanned various industries, where he honed his skills as a strategic thinker and legal expert. As an international investment analyst, he gained invaluable insights into global financial markets and investment strategies. In the biotech world, Larry held the position of Director of Business and Corporate Strategy, where he contributed to the growth and development of cutting-edge technologies and solutions.
